E’Terra provides absolute comfort and luxury for guests
without compromising Laurie’s integrity and dedication
to protect the environment. Maintaining an absolute
respect for local culture and tradition, the meals at
E’Terra are created by Laurie herself and are focused
around wholesome and healthy ingredients sourced
solely from within the community—eggs and bacon from
Mennonite farmers, unusual selections like Partridge or
Rabbit and freshly caught fish from Native fishermen
who deliver their daily catch right to the door. In true
gourmet fare fashion, each plate is prepared
thoughtfully using Laurie’s well studied knowledge of
how the ingredients react combined with her unique
blends of home-grown organic herbs and spices.
