THORNBURY YACHT CLUB & THE CANADIAN CAN-
CER SOCIETY - Sail for Hope 2012 - - August 26
12 Noon – Boarding time | 1pm – Sail Time
This annual fundraising event offers an afternoon of cruising the pristine waters of Geor-
gian Bay with experienced TYC skippers on their power and sail boats. Afterwards
guests will enjoy a delicious dinner at under a big tent at the harbour with old and new-
found friends. $75.00 per person / $35.00 per child 12 yrs and under. A tax receipts
are available at a value of$50 for adult tickets and $10 for children’s tickets and will
be issued in parent’s name (A complete address is required). A full tax receipt is avail-
able for additional voluntary donations.

Annual Garden Tour
Saturday, July 14 -10 am to 2 pm
Enjoy a light lunch served at the Church. Tickets are $15 in advance,
$20 day of event. Tickets are available at the Church, Stuff to Read and
Ormsby's Garden Centre in Meaford, Pharmasave in Thornbury, The
