Well, signmeup (except for the foolishandannoyingbit). I choose tobe identifiedwithadedi-
catedgroupof concernedpeoplewhocareabout theenvironment and try toprotect it. Am I
confident enough to labelmyself anEnvironmentalist?Or howabout...Conservationist?Friend
of theearth?Preservationist?Climatehawk?Naturalist?Gore-ologist?Hippie?Eco-warrior?
Bioneer?Do-gooder?Greenpatriot?Eco-fundamentalist?Earthguardian?Greenie?
Simply stated— I just care. In thepast decadeespecially, as I’vewatchedand learnedabout
issuesaffectingourworld, I’vebecomemorecommitted todoingmy small part tohelpmake
it better.And I’mnot alone.Withinour local communities there isaquietmovement
towardspreserving thehealthof our future. Inevery respect. From thegroundup.
