had3chief complaintswithhis teeth:

These issueswere solvedby removing theoldmismatchedporcelain fused tometal crown,
internallybleaching the toothand replacing thecrownwithanall ceramicmore life-likecrown.
At the same time theother5of the front 6 teethwerealsocrowned. Bycrowningall of these
teeth thecrowdingwaseliminatedandanestheticallyproportional smilewas created.
Wealso focusedon theestheticsof thegum line, contouring the tooth/gummargins toelimi-
nate“high”gum lines tomake to thegum line symmetrical.
