Showing and riding builds confidence. MelanyGibson, the sponsorship
and sales manager at Cedar Run Horse Park explains, "It is amazing to
see the confidence it builds in the kid, being able to control a 1000
pound animal is priceless." Kids' confidence shows in their relationships
with friends, at school, and life in general. Melany also appreciates the
closeness Trillium creates in the local barns. Families "become a team"
and they work together to make show weekends a success.
Becky DeHaas is a coach at Stonetree Farms and a mother of a young
rider competing in the Trillium Circuit. She loves the camaraderie and
support the riders experience while showing. "We have great pride in
where we come from. We get wonderful support from Georgian Bay
when we go to Championships. It's not just about your barn, but about
everyone supporting and cheering for each other."
