Nature took up residence, growing layers of mould andmildew on every
possible surface. On the verge of being unsalvageable, the buildings
were rotting away. In its heyday, Talisman had been the second largest
employer in the region. In2013 it was simply a derelict eyesore and
a security nightmare.
