Home For Life
was created by a group of community-minded health-care profes-
sionals from Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, Georgian Bay Family Health
Team, Community Care Access Centre, Georgian Bay Community Health Centre, Sunset
Manor, and Community Connection/211. This group recognized that the seniors in our
community needed different kinds of support to enable them to remain in their homes.
Seniors need to feel confident, safe, and happy; with a little help from a Home For Life
volunteer we’re making that happen.
