•1 tablespoonhoney
•1/4 teaspooncloves
•1/4 teaspoongroundcinnamon
•1/4 teaspoongroundginger
•1/2cup (4ounces)bourbon
•Cinnamon sticks, forgarnish
what to do...
Ina small saucepanover lowheat, bringcider toagentle simmer.
Ina small bowl,mix together thebutter, honey, cloves, cinnamon, andgingerwitha
spoonuntil combined.Add thebuttermixture to thecider,whisking just until itmelts.
Removepan fromheat,whisk in thebourbonand serve immediately.
Garnishwithcinnamon sticks.
