event, Phil is regardedasoneofCanada’s future stars. In the
2012-13 season, hewon theNor-AmCupgiant slalom title.
At the 2015 FIS World Championships in Vail/ Beaver
Creek, Philwaspart of theCanadianTeam that nabbed sec-
ond in the teamevent after narrowlymissing thepodium two
yearsearlier.
